In the months since CHA’s Winter Convention there have been many developments in the understanding of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) and its impact on the Craft and Hobby Industry. CHA has diligently tracked these updates through it’s CPSIA Taskforce and has hired leading law firm Locker, Greenberg & Brainin, P.C. to represent CHA in matters involving the CPSC.
